Company profile:
Our client company is an audio/video company specializing in home theater/media room design and installation to full home automation for easier living. They bring imaginations to reality by fully integrated up to date home theater technology.

 

The Challenge / Business situation:
The purpose of our engagement was to understand our client company’s strategic objectives and develop a business plan. Our client company needed consulting and professional services assistance to develop the business plan and financial model to support their capital raising initiative.

 

ValuLink Approach and Solution:
We assisted our client company to include installation of an accounting system to manage the financial and operational components of their business. We developed the Business Plan Outline and conducted a Data Research Guidance meeting for our client company. The next step was a Historical Performance Review and Data Research Review accompanied with outlining of the Financial Model. The final step was performing Due Diligence of company and reviewing all the documented drafts.

 

The Result:
We successfully helped out our client developing a business plan to achieve their business goals. Our consulting and professional services assistance was highly appreciated.
